These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Atsaig’s website, AI Agents (e.g., AI for Auto Dealerships, AI for Restaurants), and AI Skills (e.g., Phone AI, Text AI). By using our services, you agree to these terms, effective as of March 07, 2025. If you don’t agree, please refrain from using our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or engaging with our artificial intelligence software, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms of Use. This agreement is a legally binding contract between you (the user) and Atsaig. We may update these terms periodically, and continued use after changes implies your consent to the revised version.

2. Use of Services

Atsaig provides AI automation tools and machine learning platforms to enhance business growth. You may use our services for lawful purposes only, such as optimizing workflows or analyzing data. You agree not to:

  • Misuse our AI for illegal activities or to harm others.

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our systems.

  • Overload our servers or interfere with other users’ access.

3. User Responsibilities

You’re responsible for:

  • Keeping your account credentials secure and notifying us of unauthorized access.

  • Providing accurate information when signing up or contacting us.

  • Ensuring your use of our AI for business growth complies with applicable laws and regulations.
    Atsaig isn’t liable for damages caused by your failure to meet these obligations.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and technology powering our AI Agents and Skills—including artificial intelligence platforms and designs—are owned by Atsaig or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without written permission. User-generated content (e.g., data you input) remains yours, but you grant us a license to process it for service delivery.

5. Fees and Payment

Some features, like premium AI analytics platforms, may require payment. Pricing details are on our Pricing page. You agree to pay fees promptly via accepted methods. Non-payment may lead to service suspension. We reserve the right to adjust fees with prior notice, ensuring transparency for all users.

6. Limitation of Liability

Atsaig strives to deliver the best AI tools for 2025, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We’re not liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost profits) from using our services.

  • Our liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
    Use our tools at your own risk.

7. Termination and Governing Law

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, such as misusing our AI automation tools. You can stop using our services anytime. Upon termination, your right to access our platforms ends, but terms like Intellectual Property and Limitation of Liability survive.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of  Australia, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Australia, and you agree to their jurisdiction. This ensures a clear legal framework for all parties.
